Welcome to our charming holiday home on a 500m² green property – just 400m from the idyllic swimming lake. With approximately 40m² of living space, three lovingly furnished rooms, and a huge, fully glazed terrace, it offers room for up to three people plus your furry friends. The large barbecue pavilion, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and Netflix ensure you have everything you need. New: For a small fee, you can use our barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we'll bring fresh bed linens and towels to your bed. Dogs are very welcome – our fenced garden, surrounded by hedges, is perfect for your four-legged companions. We (Sandra & Torsten) have furnished this house with great attention to detail so you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Whether you're a couple, a small family, or traveling with your dog – here you'll find peace, nature, and true relaxation.

  • What amenities are included in the holiday home?

    The accommodation is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, internet TV, Netflix, air conditioning, a kitchen with a Senseo pod and filter coffee machine, private outdoor areas, and comfortable living spaces. The lakeside holiday home project also features a private barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove (available as an optional extra), and the fully glazed terrace invites you to spend more time outdoors.

  • How far is the accommodation from the nearest beach?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello and offers breathtaking coastal views as well as access to the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Are parking spaces available at the accommodation?

    Yes, there is a small sandy parking area directly opposite the entrance gate.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you require more flexible times, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

  • Are the accommodations family-friendly?

    Yes, the accommodation is family- and dog-friendly. The holiday home project by the lake offers plenty of outdoor space, and there are also things to keep you entertained :-). The ideal occupancy is 3 people. For 4-5 people, we provide the sofa bed in the living room.
