Welcome to our charming, dog-friendly holiday home by the lake in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Situated on a 500 m² fenced-in property—just 400 m from a swimming lake—the house features a fully glazed terrace, an optional barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove, and cozy amenities for up to three guests plus their four-legged friend. Minimum stay from November to April:

5 nights, or upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What amenities are included in the holiday home?

    The accommodation is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, internet TV, Netflix, air conditioning, a kitchen with a Senseo pod and filter coffee machine, private outdoor areas, and comfortable living spaces. The lakeside holiday home project also features a private barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove (available as an optional extra), and the fully glazed terrace invites you to spend more time outdoors.

  • How far is the accommodation from the nearest beach?

    The cabin is just a 30-minute drive from the nearest beach in Kühlungsborn. You arrive Rostock Warnemünde just in 40 minutes.

  • Are parking spaces available at the accommodation?

    Yes, there is a small sandy parking area directly opposite the entrance gate.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you require more flexible times, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

  • Are the accommodations family-friendly?

    Yes, the accommodation is family- and dog-friendly. The holiday home project by the lake offers plenty of outdoor space, and there are also things to keep you entertained :-). The ideal occupancy is 3 people. For 4-5 people, we provide the sofa bed in the living room.
